Job Description:

• Provide directions for the design, and systems integration of digital projects from definition through implementation
• Ensure digital deliverables are in compliance with business requirements and standards
• Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing risks throughout the project
• Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Extensive working experience in Digital strategy, Digital transformations, Fintech, Innovation projects with Bank or Financial Services Industry
• Experienced in monitoring project scheduling and financial status
• Understanding on latest market and technology trend
• Solid experience in driving implementation of innovation or new product or business initiatives
• Knowledge in Agile approach
• Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skill
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
