Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to cross-sell Credit Card or Personal Loan products to customers to achieve business goals and objectives
- Answer customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
Requirements:
- Form 5 or equivalent in all discipline
- Experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- With initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
