A reputable life insurance group is looking for a secretary to join their company serving 2 senior executives and their team.

The incumbent will provide secretarial and executive administrative support to Corporate Sales Head and IT Head.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of team secretarial roles.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences, prepare presentation materials, coordinate issuance of reports, records management and reports compilation, etc.
  • Provide support to ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies with at least 4 years hands on experience in MNC environment, prior experience in supporting senior executives is preferable
  • Mature, ethical and proactive, good interpersonal and enjoy work with different levels of people
  • Superb command in English and Chinese communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
