Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear objectives and success criteria.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project alignment, managing expectations throughout.
- Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to standards and conducting post-implementation reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as Team Lead role with bank industry or financial services industry
- Deep understanding of banking operations, project management methodologies, and business analysis techniques
- PMP certification qualifications are preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) as well as English.
