Our Client:
The job holder will be deliver impactful training to agents and managers via various formats. Measure effectiveness, manage resources, and execute new strategic initiatives as well as collaborate cross-functionally to enhance programs based on data and feedback.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Design and deliver quality training for agents and managers across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through follow-ups, feedback, and data analysis to drive improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams and agency force to align training initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize resources to efficiently execute training activities with maximum output.
- Participate in and help implement new strategic training initiatives from the agency plan.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant impact, and key performance data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, and program coordination, preferably within an insurance or financial services agency environment.
- Strong facilitation skills with proficiency in classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure training ROI.
- Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP, Insurance sales experience is a plus
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
