Our client is seeking for an agency recruitment professional supporting agency business and development strategies.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Drives agency business growth by executing development strategies, targeting new customer segments, and capitalizing on opportunities that advance strategic objectives.
- Enhances operational performance by identifying and implementing process optimizations across recruitment and contracting, increasing efficiency and workflow agility.
- Develops and presents detailed strategic initiatives and comprehensive reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity of vision and alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively assumes additional responsibilities to support evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with minimum 4 years in agency management, strategy, recruitment, training, or administration.
- Strong grasp of agency culture and the media landscape, excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, proactive and comfortable with calculated risk.
- Proficient in English and Chinese. Mandarin fluency preferred.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
