Our Client:
This incumbent involves handling MPF fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring compliance with MPFA regulations. It also includes collaborating with IT for system improvements and supporting financial operations.
Job Description:
- Process daily MPF fund transactions and valuations.
- Reconcile cash and positions daily, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate asset/liability records for correct NAV calculations.
- Handle fund subscriptions and redemptions for MPF schemes.
- Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings per MPFA rules.
- Support system upgrades by working with IT, testing new features, and ensuring smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; accounting qualifications preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of banking relationships and loan agreements
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Fresh graduates or less experienced candidates can be considered for Assistant Officer
