The incumbent will be the backbone of our training functions, ensuring the seamless execution of all learning and development initiatives.
You will work closely with the Training Manager to support agency force at every stage of their career, from onboarding to continuous professional development.
Jobs Description:
- Help organize and run various training sessions, including preparation for the IIQE exam, training for new agents, team-building events.
- Keep the training records and agent information accurate and up-to-date in the database.
- Create simple reports on training activities and results.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure training runs smoothly, such as scheduling and preparing materials.
- Assist with training-related projects and other tasks as needed by the team.
Job Opportunities:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role, preferably within Training, HR, or the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with the financial industry and IIQE is a significant advantage.
- Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
