Our client is urgently looking for an Assistant Business Manager to join their Business Development team to cope with the bank’s expansion for SME banking segment.
Job Description:
- Acquire new business for SME banking accounts and develop relationship with new / existing professional associations from SME market segment
- Promote the Cash management products, deposit and cross selling bank products to commercial clients
- Explore business opportunities with prospective customers and establish long-term relationship so as to meet the sales and revenue objective.
- Develop and implement marketing plan to meet the sales and revenue targets.
- Research and develop new product innovation
- Ensure control requirements of the business are adhered to in line with compliance and internal policy.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years sales experience in Retail Banking / SME Banking sector
- Good understanding of cash management products
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
