Job Description:
- Drive the formulation of long-term technical strategies, focusing on research and development initiatives that foster innovation in the AI field to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Oversee the daily operations and coordination of the Shenzhen and Hong Kong technical teams, enhancing team collaboration and overall proficiency through structured training and development programs.
- Focus on building a tiered talent structure within the technical team, identifying skill gaps, and implementing mentorship and training initiatives to cultivate emerging leaders and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Lead the team to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet the specific needs of clients while ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Assist in the strategic expansion into overseas markets, leveraging technical expertise to identify opportunities and develop solutions that resonate with international clients.
Job Requirements:
Holds a degree in IT or a related field.
- Has extensive project experience in banking, payments, fintech, or related financial services.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of industry market trends, especially developments in AI.
- Proven experience in managing regional project delivery and implementation.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead medium to large-sized teams (60-80 headcounts), with expertise in managing technical teams and cultivating a talent pipeline.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
