Job Description:
- Manage all daily HR tasks including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Run the new hire onboarding and orientation process.
- Ensure all staff licenses and certifications are up-to-date and compliant.
- Create and update company HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and improve workplace culture.
- Oversee the performance review process and guide managers.
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Support recruitment by helping with job descriptions and hiring.
- Track HR data and create reports to help guide company decisions.
- Ensure the company follows all labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of professional HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance.
- A collaborative leader who builds trust at all levels with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- A skilled problem-solver who handles sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
- Experienced with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
