Job Description:
- Manage comprehensive agency operations, including support for recruitment activities and the preparation of regular performance reports.
- Perform analysis of sales metrics and industry data to facilitate management review and strategic planning.
- Support the formulation and execution of business plans aimed at driving agency growth.
- Conduct market research to provide foundational insights for new initiatives.
- Execute other responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, minimum 3 years in a relevant role.
- Independent worker with excellent time management, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, and takes initiative.
- Solid proficiency in essential PC skills and office software.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
