The incumbent will report directly to the Department Head and play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR function.

Job Description:
Manage comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
Drive employee engagement through effective performance management and feedback systems.
Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by leadership.
Ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
