Our Client:
A leading bank, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their sales compliance team to cope with the bank’s daily operation.
Job Description:
- Perform regular quality assurance and assist in monitoring field work in relation to regulated activities, mainly in investment and insurance business
- Assist in implantation of quality assurance program for new account opening, AML periodic review for bank’s customers
- Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication, follow-up actions and coaching to frontline staff
- Consolidate and prepare internal investigation reports with related MIS information and analysis for management review
- Support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control and monitoring functions
- Provide recommendation to improve and streamline the process or branch operation flow
- Perform ad-hoc project to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales surveillance framework and mechanis
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AML or compliance within banking sector
- With professional qualifications of AAMLP or CAMS is preferable
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills, with strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with risk management and regulatory requirements related to personal banking sales
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
