Our client is seeking a Senior Administration Manager to oversee office administration, renovations, construction, and facility upgrade projects. This dual-focus role demands strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills to ensure seamless daily operations while driving projects to successful completion.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Department Head and play a pivotal role in balancing efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder coordination
Job Description:
Administrative Operations:
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Lead administrative teams, ensuring productivity and smooth interdepartmental collaboration.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and contractsfor services (cleaning, IT, security, etc.).
- Improve processesby streamlining workflows and implementing efficiency tools.
Renovation & Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end renovation projects, coordinating contractors, architects, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor costs and compliance, ensuring projects adhere to safety regulations and financial targets.
- Liaise with leadership and teams to provide updates and minimize disruptions during renovations.
- Manage post-project transitions, including move-ins, inspections, and maintenance planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
- 8 – 10 years in Office Administration / Facility Management, and Renovation Project Management (Construction, Fit-outs or workplace upgrades, etc.)
- PMP, CAPM or facilities-related credential (e.g. CFM are a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and AutoCAD
- Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Superb command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
