The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Oversee support team efficiency, identify issues, and implement workflow enhancements.
- Drive projects (risk mitigation, reporting) and ensure regulatory compliance for the Institutional Business (IB) channel.
- Partner with IT, vendors, and internal teams (business development, underwriting, etc.) to optimize operations and implement tech solutions.
- Monitor KPIs, resolve escalated issues, and act as a key stakeholder in strategic initiatives.
- Provide sales/admin support and manage additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years in sales support/operations preferably in insurance or finance field.
- Strong leadership skillsto manage teams and cross-department projects.
- Knowledge of broker business, compliance, and workflow optimization.
- Tech-savvyin digital tools, reporting systems, process improvements.
- Problem-solver with great communication for stakeholder management.
