A leading bank is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their retail banking team for their business expansion.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Relationship Manager.
Job Description:
- Deliver tailored financial planning services to high-net-worth clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships through personalized service.
- Promote investment, insurance, and banking products to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with branch staff to enhance marketing efforts.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with passes in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
- Minimum of two years’ experience in selling investment, insurance and banking products
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally
