My client is seeking an insurance expertise responsible for driving the growth and management of insurance products distributed through broker channels.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of insurance products through broker channel.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokers and key stakeholders.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for the channel on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams to create tailored insurance solutions for customers.
- Ensure seamless integration of insurance products and gather customer feedback for improvements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage or financial services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting the insurance industry.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Superb command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
