Our Client:

A middle-sized local bank in Hong Kong, where we prioritize customer service and community engagement.

Descriptions:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs, providing information on products and services while addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts, including opening new accounts, updating information, and explaining account features.
  • Accurately process various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawers, perform regular cash reconciliations, and report any discrepancies promptly to ensure security and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell bank products and services, contributing to the bank’s overall sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant banking or finance qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software; strong numerical and cash handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
