Our Client:

Join a growing company as an HR Officer! We’re looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to support HR operations and drive business expansion.

The incumbent will be reporting to Senior Manager directly.

Job Descriptions:

  • Take full ownership of core HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Ensure effective execution of HR processes to support employee lifecycle management and foster a positive work environment
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments as needed, contributing to cross-functional or special initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Core Competencies: Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, self-motivated, and highly responsible; proficient in PC skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Officer.
