Our Client:
Our client is a multinational insurance firm. They are now looking for an Actuarial Manager expertise to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Support on new product pricing and implementation
- Responsible for the actuarial related areas in product pricing and implementation to ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery
- Work closely with product marketing colleges within product team on product initiatives; provide actuarial expertise on the product development to balance the financial aspect and marketability of the products.
- Support other actuarial projects as required, such as review experience studies and pricing assumptions, product regular review, and support special quotation as necessary.
- Unfold team capacity in order to be more dynamic, insightful and influential. Coach and develop team member, Empower team member to take challenge and facilitate growth
Requirements:
- University / College graduate plus at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Attained Fellowship in Actuarial professional examination
- Good leadership, people, project management and communication skill. Able to communicate complex actuarial matter to non-actuarial parts
- Solid experience and knowledge in insurance product
- Experience in leading complex and cross function / team project is an asset; Experience in agent channel product development would be an advantage
