Job Description:
The primary responsibility will be to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage data analytics and reporting tools. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, data analysts, and developers, to design, develop, and maintain effective BI systems that drive informed decision-making and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, data structures, and business processes to identify improvement areas.
- Design and propose BI solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Create logical and physical data models that ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data.
- Develop and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a suitable format, and load it into the BI system.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing techniques.

Job Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 6 years of system development experience, including at least 3 years in BI or data analytics development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS with hands-on development experience.
- Sound technical knowledge in ETL processes, SQL, data modeling, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX, SSRS, and Excel Power Query.
- Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL development and tuning.
- Ability to independently perform requirement collection, design, programming, testing, and implementation tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
