Define project management framework, best practices, guideline and tools to manage end-to-end project life cycle
Carry out process reengineering and robotic process automation projects in order to deliver an agreed set of business objectives and meeting the overarching portfolio strategy
Apply project management methodologies consistently and effectively, ensuring appropriate frameworks, standards and governance are applied at all times
Act in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and standards
Engage and manage a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across the bank
Be accountable for quality assurance, delivering high value financial improvement initiatives and creating an environment for the development and capability within the respective portfolio
Embed change, continuous improvement, identify and mitigate key risk, influence and manage stakeholders, build strong relationships to lead the change
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
Skilled in Project Management with Bank or Financial Services Industry
Familiar with Robotic Process Automation RPA, Business Process Reengineering and improvement BPM
Knowledge in retail banking business operations / systems (such as loans and teller) is highly preferred
A problem solver, self-starter and someone who proactively engages with situation and make progress
Ability to empower project teams, providing leadership to help teams move the project forward
Great attention to detail and ability to jump to front line to resolve issues if required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
