Our client is looking for a Senior Manager managing talent acquisition cycle and responsible for employer branding.
The incumbent will be reporting to department head.
Job Description:
- Implement and drive recruitment and manpower strategies based on business strategies and priorities.
- Manage talent acquisition process from sourcing, screening, candidate interviewing and assessment, pre-employment checks to negotiating offer packages.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and drive strategies including leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and retention, employer branding.
- Responsible for recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure access a diverse talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, with 10 years’+ HR experience in which 3 years in a managerial role.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment and MPF Ordinances.
- People oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin).

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
