Job Description:

• Lead, build and develop IT auditing team for the bank (oversee Hong Kong and Macau business)
• Perform regular IT audits covering banking applications, IT infrastructure, IT operations and security, and regulatory compliance review.
• Ensure the quality of IT audit, prepare audit reports, present investigation findings and offer recommendations to various business units
• Enforce audit standards; prepare policies, procedures and manuals in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Act as divisional coordinator to prepare annual risk assessment, formulate annual audit plan, devise annual budget plan

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Professional qualifications of CISA, CISSP or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in IT Auditing or IT risk control area with bank or financial services sector
• Good understanding of control requirements of banking industry and external applicable rules and regulations
• Able to work independently or lead a team to execute audit assignment
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
