Establish standards, data dictionary, data mart models, improve data requirement, enhance data quality
Engage and work closely with different stakeholder groups to scope data/dashboard needs then execute and manage
Design and manipulate data for transformations and outputs, ensuring raw and aggregated data availability
Responsible for the technical processing of data statistics and analysis based on the demands of financial regulators
Job Requirements:
University degree holder
4+ years’ of progressively responsible experience in ETL, data related analysis, data modelling, data visualization, data transformation, or data warehousing with General Insurance industry
Deep and varied understanding in data projects with a focus on insight creation, storytelling, and driving to action
Success building data infrastructure such as designing architecture, building data pipelines, implement scalable monitoring
Team Leading experience (for Senior role)
Strong analytical skills and numerical senses
Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
