Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline estimation.
- Coordinate with project managers and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and propose innovative and practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
- Manage a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation as per the required deadlines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test plans and test cases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business information system requirement analysis and IT project management.
- Strong technical knowledge in case management, cloud technologies, document management, business process systems, web-based solutions, data analytics, and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and standards (e.g., ISO).
- Experienced in project and quality management.
- Programming/scripting skills in Java and Python are a plus.
- Proactive and confident, able to work independently or with project teams.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
