Job Description:
- Leading and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings with the development team, product owner, and stakeholders.
- Coaching the development team on Scrum principles, values, and practices to ensure the team is following the Scrum framework and processes.
- Removing any impediments or roadblocks that may be preventing the team from completing their work effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly prioritized and refined, and that user stories are well-defined and understood by the development team.
- Helping the team to estimate and plan the work needed for each sprint, and ensuring that the team is working towards meeting the sprint goals.
- Monitoring the progress of the team and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the project.
- Encouraging continuous improvement and learning within the team, and facilitating retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
- Promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust within the team and with stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the team is adhering to agile and Scrum best practices and principles, and promoting agile values throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience in leading and serving Scrum teams and work with the team to remove impediments
- Deep understanding of digital products, mobile solution in particular
- Experience with confluence, Jira, and Clarity is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Scrum is a plus
- Flexibility to work with diversified of people
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
