Job Description:
- Deliver quality service and establish long term relationship with clients.
- Develop customer base and achieve business targets set by management.
- Solicit new business and cross sell banking products.
- Provide financial advice and solutions to clients.
- Provide customer feedback and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably in finance, business or related discipline.
- Experience in client facing environment with excellent relationship building capability and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented with strong sales mindset.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Candidate with green zone experience will be considered as ARM.
