We are now seeking for a Recruitment Consultant that can quickly become leaders in our field. This role will be supported through personal development plans and have the opportunity to work with and learn from highly successful consultants. We provide comprehensive training tailored to personal needs as well as catered to the sectors assigned by our seasoned consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients’ hiring needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to meet clients’ job requirement
- Building professional relationship with candidates and clients through warm calls
- Managing the interview process in an effective and professional manner and provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
- Continually develop knowledge on current market / industry trends relating to the industry or job function
- Support the Consulting Manager to formulate the long-list / shortlist strategy to build up the search target
Requirements:
- University graduate with Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience will be added an advantage.
- Experience in Technology or Banking & Finance environment is an advantage
- Candidates from banking & finance sectors of Operation background looking for a career change are also considered.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experience / fresh graduate applicants will be considered as Associate Consultant
