Job Description:

• Work closely with business units to provide business solutions to address business needs
• Provide direction for the design, and systems integration of development projects from definition through implementation
• Ensure deliverables are in compliance with business requirements and standards
• Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Serve as liaison between business units and development team
• Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing risks throughout the project
• Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years relevant working experience with bank industry
• Familiar with requirement gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, user acceptance testing definition and execution
• Experienced in preparing functional requirements specification
• Familiar with any Retail or Corporate banking system / products or business operations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
