Our client, a local bank, is looking for Phone Banking officer to join their product team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Requirements:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information
- Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1 yrs. banking experience
- Fluency in spoken English & Cantonese language
- Holder of IIQE1,2,3 & HKSI 1,7,8 is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree/Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Counter Service Officer / Teller / Customer Service Officer is also under consideration
