Job Description:
- Manage the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle HCM cloud solution for clients
- Act as the subject matter expert on Oracle HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Core HR
- Lead a team of Oracle HCM functional and technical consultants to deliver complex HCM transformation projects
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Oracle HCM platform
- Provide guidance on best practices for HCM process optimization and system adoption
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones are met
- Train and mentor junior HCM consultants to develop their skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions
- Experienced in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Cloud Solution
- Minimum 1 cycle of project implementation experience
- In-depth expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience leading diverse teams of functional and technical consultants
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
