Job Description:
- Manage internal resources and external vendors on network and data center services
- Support, manage and optimize the network infrastructure
- Drive expedient resolution of high-severity outages impacting IT infrastructure
- Establish metrics, key performance indicators and monitoring of the network and networking components. Partner closely with technology leaders and business stakeholders to optimize network design, delivery, and support
- Make network upgrades and configuration recommendations based on performance metrics and capacity planning
- Improve operational support processes and procedures. Develop and maintain a framework of policies and procedures
- Study and propose solutions on network areas to support the new business directions and initiatives, including Fintech initiatives
- Direct planning, evaluation, and implementation of networking projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 6+ years of working experience in Network infrastructure area with Bank or financial industry
- Experienced in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
- Hands-on knowledge of LAN, WAN, data center and multiple operating system environments
- Proven track record with Network infrastructure projects and service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
