Job Description:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend advanced IT solutions that align with strategic goals and technical requirements in the insurance sector.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the solution development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and optimize technical architectures.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT solution projects, managing technical resources and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand technical requirements, facilitate discussions, and act as a technical liaison, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the development process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Solution Manager or similar role within the insurance sector, with a strong technical background.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance business processes, products, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in various programming languages, database management systems, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
