Our client is looking for a Manager taking care of HR training function.
The incumbent will be reporting to department head.
Job Description:
- Collaborate and implement talent development strategies including identify training needs, formulate learning roadmap & methodology as well as delivery.
- Formulate talent development initiatives and programs align with company goals & objectives.
- Build up strong communication & engagement plans to nurture employees about the programs.
- Source and liaise with external training vendors for facilitating the development and delivery of training programs.
- Review, refine and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure business results.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills, able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
