Our Client:

Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for the Manager to join their CDD team.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the RFI Centralized Team to conduct RFI (Request For Information) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) calls and ensure that the service standards are complied with the Global Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the workload of the RFI Centralized Team and assure that all RFI and CDD requests to be completed within the deadline
  • Lead the RFI Centralized Team to provide excellent customer services in the RFI and CDD processes; provide guidance and coaching to the team on handling difficult customers and complaints
  • Lead the RFI Centralized Team to collaborate with relevant business units (such as branches, relationship managers, risk investigators and Financial Crime Compliance Department) in relation to RFI, CDD and ad hoc risk management projects
  • Review the RFI / CDD processes regularly and implement improvement initiatives in response to the business needs, customer feedback and regulatory / policy changes
  • Provide timely performance report to the Management and related parties for review

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, with exposure in different sales and services models; previous experience in retail banking management, operation support service, and leading projects on banking system would be an advantage
  • Solid experience in managing retail banking channel, including strategy, projects, platform development; familiar with branch sales and operation processes
  • Sound operations and people management knowledge
  • Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
