Our client is looking for a Manager to supervise their Bancassurance Team supporting sales revenue growth and business expansion.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Drive mid-to-long term business growth along with bancassurance business strategies.
- Monitor and review business development strategies and process, ensure the business target are met.
- Closely work with underwriting department and banks to ensure application process are running smoothly.
- Provide products and admin support as well as training to bank sales staff.
- Participate in project when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in business administration, economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of IFA/Bancassurance experience with individual life / investment linked products of which 5 years’ management experience.
- Experience in channel development and partnership management is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong management skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS office and excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
