Our client is looking for a life insurance claims executive processes and manages life claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance while assisting policyholders.
The incumbent will be reporting to Claims Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Review and handle life insurance claims documentation.
- Update policyholders on claim status and gather necessary information.
- Assess claims for validity and determine payouts based on policy terms.
- Keep accurate records of claims and communications.
- Follow company policies and regulations in claims processing.
- Address any disputes or problems related to claims.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance claims, ideally in life insurance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
