Our client is looking for candidates for the following projects:
– Must : Linux or Unix, and SQL database exp
– Excellent customer service skill
– Excellent English skill
Description:
- Provide level 2 technical support for clients including Trading platform troubleshooting, Servers development and Data maintenance
- Troubleshoot and investigate technical problems from clients via phone and email and work out appropriate solutions
- Handle service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers
- Communicate with technical teams who are supposed to involve in the solution and give further support if needed
- Perform system health checks on client’s systems, monitor the system and network status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
- At least 3 years working experience as technical support or helpdesk with multinational company
- Hands-on experience in supporting Linux or Unix platform and SQL database is highly preferred
- Knowledge in cash equity flow / FIX protocol is a plus
- Excellent customer service skill
- Fluent in spoken and written in English
