Job Description:
- Lead small team to deliver technical solutions to support internal and web based applications
- Understand functional, migration, security, and quality requirements, business process design, workflow design, and user interface design.
- Manage and support the project design repository and system environments, design programming work units, supervise programming activities, and provide technical support to developers.
- Code, test, debug for channel, mobile, and internet banking system, assist in stress test and user acceptance test activities, and perform peer review of codes.
- Perform roll-out and conversion activities, take ownership of and implement PBIs, and collaborate with various parties for project execution, including external vendors and internal teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Extensive experience of Java application development and project management with bank / financial services industry / or multinational company
- Familiar with microservices, restful API, spring.
- Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end delivery of complex, highly regulated projects across a range of business areas
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
