Lead team to deliver technical solutions to support web based applications
Ensure the right solutions are developed and implemented successfully
Ensure all web application projects are properly scheduled and resources assigned
Collaborate with marketing and new product development teams to understand and solve their web based application needs, include maintaining and modifying existing applications along with creating new applications as required by the business
Ensure that all web based applications are operationally maintained and up to date and adhering to non-functional requirements such as performance or security
Identify application weaknesses and recommend solutions that utilise the most efficient and current technologies to improve the application
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
10+ years project experience with Banking industry
Extensive experience of Java / web based application development and project management
Proven track record of successful end-to-end delivery of complex, highly regulated projects across a range of business areas
Possess experience in developing or supporting CRM customer relationship management system, loyalty platform or related systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
