Direct daily IT operations and enhance overall quality of IT services
Ensure IT systems and applications are at industry standard and fulling regulatory and compliance requirements
Manage and monitor technical team for maintaining and administering system, network and related computing environments including hardware, software, and all configurations
Estimate resources, identify project dependencies, plan and schedule project timelines or milestones
Job Requirements:
University degree holder
6+ years of experience in IT operations management or infrastructure project management, and minimum 2 years with Bank industry
Team leading experience
Extensive hands-on experience in supporting desktop, server, network, infrastructure, and data centre operation is highly preferred
Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
Result-oriented and having good problem solving skills with strong analytical mind and time management
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
