Manage internal resources and external vendors on network and data center services
Support, manage and optimize the network infrastructure
Drive expedient resolution of high-severity outages impacting IT infrastructure
Establish metrics, key performance indicators and monitoring of the network and networking components. Partner closely with technology leaders and business stakeholders to optimize network design, delivery, and support
Make network upgrades and configuration recommendations based on performance metrics and capacity planning
Improve operational support processes and procedures. Develop and maintain a framework of policies and procedures
Study and propose solutions on network areas to support the new business directions and initiatives, including Fintech initiatives
Direct planning, evaluation, and implementation of networking projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
Working experience in Network infrastructure area
Hands-on knowledge of LAN, WAN, data center and multiple operating system environments
Proven track record with Network infrastructure projects and service delivery
Familiar with Cisco products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
