Job Description:
- Lead the development of network technology architecture, design principles, guidelines, standards, and best practices for the bank.
- Document current network infrastructure, identify gaps, and analyze their impact.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to define future network architectures and technologies to advance the bank’s digital capabilities.
- Monitor network health metrics, provide practical direction for in-depth performance monitoring, and translate technology into effective business use cases.
- Present technology architecture and strategy to stakeholders, formulate plans for new initiatives or infrastructure improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create optimal architectures aligned with the overall plan. Additionally, mentor technical staff, ensure best practices and standards are adopted and executed, and continually research and propose changes to current and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Holder of CCIE, CCNP is a plus
- 6+ years of working experience in the network infrastructure design and implementation area within the banking or financial industry.
- Experience in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly.
- Familiarity with Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, SDN, ACI.
Hands-on knowledge of cloud computing.
- Proven track record with network infrastructure projects and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
