Job Description:
- Network Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of the bank’s network infrastructure, ensuring it meets business requirements and aligns with the bank’s overall IT strategy.
- Network Security: Ensure that the bank’s network infrastructure is secure and protected from unauthorized access, data breaches and other security threats.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with network infrastructure vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendors deliver services and products in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Ensure the bank’s network infrastructure is prepared for potential disasters or disruptions, and that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested to ensure their effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 5+ years of working experience in the network infrastructure area within the banking or financial industry.
- Experience in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly.
- Familiarity with Cisco products and knowledge in H3C is a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of LAN, WAN, data center, and multiple operating system environments.
- Proven track record with network infrastructure projects and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
