Job Description:
- Support and troubleshoot system, server, network, deskside technical issues for Hong Kong office and off-site projects
- Work closely with offshore (Australia) IT team and assist in IT infrastructure project delivery
- Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Manage relationships with third party vendors
Job Requirements:
- Senior grade: 3+ years hands-on IT technical support experience
- Junior grade: 0-3 years relevant experience, Fresh graduates are welcome
- MCSE and CCNA holder is preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft products and Cisco products is highly preferred
- Results-oriented, user-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Naturally positive attitude, with the ability to maintain patience and composure under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese skill
