Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Investment Consultant to join their IC team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet their investment targets
- Boost up investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business
- Formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions meeting overall targets and generating extra investment fee income
- Assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base
- Participate in joint marketing calls with frontline marketing staff to act as investment product specialist
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum of 2 years + of experience as an Investment Consultant within banking sector
- HKIB Certified Bankers preferred
- Sound technical knowledge of asset allocation & investment products including equities, unit trust, bonds and treasury products, etc.
- Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
- Strong self-motivation, able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good understanding of relevant selling procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua
