Our client is a reputable insurance group with Life insurance business across Hong Kong and Macau. They are currently looking for an Officer supporting their daily operation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day supports operations of all document processing activities, including reports / manuals / correspondence for policy administration.
  • Handle policy services requests within service turnaround time.
  • Handle enquiries of internal customers.
  • Support on business project ad hoc task provided by the management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holders or Diploma with 4 years of insurance experience.
  • Minimum 3~4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Input.
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
