Our client is a reputable insurance group with Life insurance business across Hong Kong and Macau. They are currently looking for an Officer supporting their daily operation.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supports operations of all document processing activities, including reports / manuals / correspondence for policy administration.
- Handle policy services requests within service turnaround time.
- Handle enquiries of internal customers.
- Support on business project ad hoc task provided by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holders or Diploma with 4 years of insurance experience.
- Minimum 3~4 years of relevant working experience.
- Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Input.
- Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
