Our client is one of the well-known insurance group with life insurance business across Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with their business expansion. They are currently looking for CSO supporting their business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle on day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels both phone in / walk in teams / email.
- Provide customer service, handle follow-up enquiries and problem solving in relation to after-sales and new business service issues.
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative work.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holders with 1~2 years of insurance experience; Post-Secondary or Diploma with 3~4 years of insurance experience.
- Obtained in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries’ examination is preferred.
- Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office & Chinese Input.
- Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
